Consider our campus when looking for a location to host your next business meeting, training event or conference. Our beautiful and conveniently-located campus is large enough for groups of most sizes while remaining small enough to easily navigate. Conference Services offers no-obligation tours of our facilities to determine if our spaces are right for you.

Our facilities are equipped with technology such as Wi-Fi, projectors, built-in audio, projection systems and many other options that can be customized to meet your specifications. If catering is part of your event, Aladdin Food Services is conveniently located on campus and can be consulted for dining options.

Auditoriums

Perfect for business presentations and training sessions, there are several auditoriums that feature stage areas and presentation tools. Rooms include presentation computers with internet, DVD player and crisp projector. If you prefer to bring your own computer, there are connections for that as well. Catering options are also available. Seating is flexible for audiences between 30-150.

Dining Hall

This is an impressive location for banquets and large receptions. The room’s set-up allows for maximum flexibility, including features such as 12-foot-tall windows, high ceilings, comfortable chairs and bright lighting. Seating Capacity: 450

Conference Rooms

When a custom room set-up is necessary, conference rooms are attractive for both small and large groups. With round and rectangular tables of various sizes, staging, built-in sound systems and many catering options, our conference rooms can be customized for many occasions.

Recital Hall and Chapel Auditorium

For musical performances, large events or recitals, we feature two of the premiere venues in the area. The Chapel auditorium has a floor capacity of 1,404 with 766 additional seats in the balcony. It is equipped with advanced sound systems, portable risers, a 16′ Steinway grand piano and plush chair-back seats throughout.

Barnett Recital Hall accommodates 283 and is also equipped with a piano, risers, chair-back seats, and built-in lighting and sound. Beautiful cherry wood paneling and stone creates an outstanding acoustic and aesthetic experience.
