SPRINGFIELD, Missouri – Evangel University welcomes Andy Mineo, Christian hip hop artist and producer, to campus for a concert on January 22, 2022 from 7 – 10 p.m. in Spence Chapel. He will be joined by fellow Christian hip hop recording artist and songwriter Aaron Cole and pop duo Apollo LTD. The public is invited to attend.
The concert is presented by WorldServe International in coordination with Light the Way Ministry.

The Artists
Andy Mineo is an American Christian hip hop artist, producer, music executive, and video director based out of New York City. He is currently signed to Reach Records and his own creative initiative, Miner League. In addition to his solo work, he is a member of Reach Records’ hip hop collective 116 Clique.
He independently released his first mixtape, “Sin is Wack,” in 2009 and joined a community outreach program called T.R.U.C.E. created by Nicky Cruz. This opened Mineo up to collaborators like Alex Medina, who later placed him on Lecrae’s “Rehab” album, his introduction to Reach Records.
Aaron Cole is an American Christian hip hop recording artist and songwriter. Cole’s musical interest began early, and he released his first CD, “Jesus is the Rock,” in 2003.
He has bridged the gap between rapping and singing and has released a total of six independent projects. He has been signed to Gotee Records, a record label founded by Christian hip hop performer Toby McKeehan, since 2017.
Apollo LTD is a pop-rock duo consisting of Jordan Phillips and Adam Stark. The two met in 2004 when they were paired as roommates at Nashville’s Belmont University. While juggling assorted jobs, the two began to write and play music. The duo’s name was originally inspired by NASA, where Phillips’ uncle was an astronaut in the ‘90s.
Apollo LTD released their independent self-titled EP in 2015. In 2017, the band signed with Residence Music and have since released several singles, including “One in a Million” and “Heaven (All Around You).”
