Desiree Bonitz to perform junior piano recital Friday, April 12

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Desiree Bonitz, music performance major, will perform her junior piano recital Friday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the Barnett Fine Arts Recital Hall at Evangel University.

There is no charge for admission, and the public is invited to attend.

Bonitz’s performance will include the following pieces:

Suite V in G Major, by Johann Sebastian Bach

I. Allemande

II. Courante

III. Sarabande

IV. Gavotte

VII. Gigue

Sonata in C K. 330, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

I. Allegro Moderato

Sonata No. 1 Op.22,  by Alberto Ginastera

IV. Ruvido ed ostinato

Un Sospiro, by Franz Liszt

Concerto in A minor, by Edvard Grieg

I. Allegro Molto Moderato

Dr. Greg Morris, piano professor, will provide piano accompaniment.

Bonitz is the daughter of Thomas and Jarusha Bonitz of Red Lion, Pa.
