Tell us about your career and what you do now.

I pastored for 22 years at Saraland First AG in Saraland, Alabama. I served as Alabama District World Missions Director for 9 years. Since 2009, I have been serving as the Alabama District Superintendent and I am currently a student at AGTS in D. Min. program.

What is your favorite memory from CBC?

The passion of professors in the classroom and for the students.

How did CBC help you identify/develop your calling?

CBC was the academic forge that shaped me for my ministry.

How did your experience at CBC prepare you for life after graduation?

It has always been an academic and spiritual pool that I draw from.

What advice would you give a current student preparing for the workforce?

Understand that you’re in a laboratory preparing for the field. Make good use of the experience.

What would you look for if you were in a position to hire a new graduate?

I would look for passion for the ministry and proven due diligence to the craft.
