Marshall Windsor

Dr. Marshall M. Windsor was born in Dallas, Texas and spent much of his early years on the farm in Boonville, Missouri. Educated at Kemper Military School and Texas A&M University, Marshall entered military service as a U.S. Army Field Artillery officer. During his time of service he recommitted his life to God and began a journey that would lead to Springfield, Missouri to attend Central Bible College. Marshall earned a Master of Divinity with a biblical language emphasis and a Doctor of Ministry in evangelism and discipleship at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

Marshall is an ordained Assemblies of God evangelist and served from 2005 to 2018 as the Assemblies of God Evangelist General Presbyter. Marshall and his family have traveled extensively throughout the United States and overseas as well, teaching in Bible schools and ministering the Word of God to those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
