SPRINGFIELD, Missouri – The Department of Business at Evangel University has announced its 2024 graduation awards. The awards were presented during the traditional undergraduate baccalaureate service held on Thursday, May 2 in the Robert H. Spence Chapel.
The Business Department, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs, offers degrees in Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Education, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, and Nonprofit Business & Social Enterprise led by faculty with real-world experience as business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Students experience a variety of hands-on learning opportunities, including managing a more than $1 million portfolio through the Student Investment Club, running a state-of-the-art digital apparel printing company known as “Valor Custom,” and participating in organizations such as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Phi Beta Lambda.

The Class of 2024
Evangel University and AGTS celebrated 537 graduates at a joint commencement ceremony at Great Southern Bank Arena (formerly known as JQH Arena) in Springfield on May 2. Graduates earned a total of 32 doctoral, 125 master’s, 329 bachelor’s, and 51 associate’s degrees. Of the graduate degrees, 68 master’s degrees and 16 doctoral degrees were conferred by AGTS.
