Evangel University to present International Worship Service in partnership with musicians from around the world

SPRINGFIELD, Missouri – The Evangel University Orchestras and EU worship team will present an International Worship Service and Celebration on Sunday, April 25, at 2 p.m. in Spence Chapel on EU’s campus.

The service is free and open to the public. The event will also be livestreamed on Evangel’s Youtube channel.

As part of the service, EU’s musical groups will be joined virtually by musicians from Vienna Christian Center in Vienna, Austria, a children’s choir from Brussels Christian Center in Brussels, Belgium, and the Eagle Echoes Honor Choir in Purdy, MO to provide an international celebration of music and worship.

Dr. Larry Dissmore, EU director of orchestra activities, will serve as host, conductor, and violin soloist. EU Interim President Dr. George O. Wood will deliver a special message.
