Prayer Changes Things

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”  2 Chronicles 7:14

Please pray for me to be consistent in my reading and studying and to be focused on a subject until I really master it as I teach the word of God. I am a Spirit-filled believer and pastor in Namibia.

I pray for the health of my mom and dad as well as my siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and my grandma. My grandpa is sick right now so that is also an urgent request.

Pray for God to show me His will for my life! I’m worried about the next few years of my life and what I’m going to do and if I’ll be able to follow God’s plan. Please pray for me to be able to hear what God’s will is for my life more clearly.

My Mom had a stroke and is in a coma. The doctor says she will not come out of it. I know Jesus can touch her and give me some more time with her. She is 88. Thank you!

My teacher’s para-professional’s son, Daniel, has been sent home with COVID-19. The entire family is in quarantine. They have asked for AG believers to pray.

My prayers are for healing of those suffering from COVID-19 and for all to see their purpose in life as this is a tremendous time for people to fulfill their purpose to serve, give, and inspire people.

Please pray for my husband, Mike, and I as we are currently experiencing fevers, cough, and body aches. He has had issues with asthma, so I worry more for him. He was tested for COVID-19 today but we won’t know results until next week. Please pray for protection for our children – Seth, Jonah and Esther. Jonah also has issues with asthma, putting him at greater risk.

Pray for my family who is battling health issues. My 14 year old son, Gabriel, has leukemia and my 15 year old daughter, Chloe, has a rare blood disease. They are at high risk for contracting the corona virus infection. Also, my family lost my father two weeks ago, and my mom, Doris, is having a hard time with the loss.

Pray for my family. I’m a missionary to Estonia and my mother passed away from the corona virus this week and my brother has also contracted the virus. My brother appears to be doing better but has a long ways to go for a full recovery.

Please pray for our Algerian Sufi friend Salim to come to Christ, as his prognosis is one month to live and he was sent home under hospice care. He is open to scripture and yet needs an encounter with Christ. Pray for him to have a miracle of healing from kidney cancer and a bad liver.

Update – We have learned that Micah’s Uncle John passed away last evening. Please pray for comfort for the family especially during this time when families are not able to gather together for visitations and celebration of life services.

My Uncle John is currently battling stage 4 lung cancer, and is in the ICU. The doctors now believe that due to other health complications he only has a 5% chance of survival. We have not been allowed to visit him for the past two weeks or so due to the corona virus, and the only person allowed in his room is his wife, who is not allowed to leave the building. I have never seen my family as heartbroken and destroyed as they currently are. Prayers for my uncle’s health would be greatly appreciated, but even more than that I would like prayers for my family. My grandma is one of the strongest women of faith I have ever seen, and seeing her this torn up about life right now is so sad. My dad has also been struggling with his faith for the past year or so, and I believe having his brother go through this has brought him to a very dark and hard place. I have been praying for more and more unity, and that we may continue to lift each other up as a family during this trial we are facing. Thank you so much.

Our family is navigating a house move, working still and now schooling our 7 year old daughter — we ask for prayer for energy, patience and grace as this all happens this week! My husband is in an essential work industry and is out each day — so prayer for protection. Thank you!

My grandmother is currently in the hospital. She was battling bronchitis for weeks prior and once off of the medication she was taking for her bronchitis, she quickly declined and was taken to the hospital. She has since gotten a CT scan of basically her entire body to narrow down what it is. A praise report already, she tested negative for the coronavirus!! Praise the Lord!! However, we aren’t out of the woods yet because we don’t know what is wrong with her. PLEASE be praying. Thanks 🙂
