Program Objective
A DMin cohort for executive ministry leaders with relevant content, memorable learning experiences on location, tight relational bonds, manageable workloads for executives, and a balanced budget.

Program Context
In today’s rapidly evolving ministry landscape, the need for advanced leadership and theological education has never been more critical. Many aspiring executive-level leaders are eager to enhance their skills and deepen their theological understanding, yet they often face barriers in accessing quality education that meets their needs. To address this, an executive Doctor of Ministry has been established.
This program aims to equip ministry leaders with the practical skills and theological insights necessary for effective leadership in diverse ministry contexts. By offering an executive-style cohort model, we facilitate a learning environment that prioritizes collaboration, real-world application, and enhanced engagement among peers. Students will not only receive an advanced degree but will also benefit from a network of fellow leaders, mentorship opportunities, and an enriched learning experience that emphasizes both academic rigor and practical ministry application.
