Marcus comes from a broken home and often used sports as a way to cope. An experience at a Fellowship of Christian Athletes summer camp showed him how he could develop his faith in Christ while pursuing sports. He transferred to Evangel after participating in a military academy, and is now learning more about the science behind sports to pursue a future career doing what he loves.
