Published on Mar 7, 2017 by Dari'Anne Hudson

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel University admissions staff will host prospective students and their families for EU College Days, this Thursday and Friday, March 9-10.

EU College Days are all-encompassing visit days for students from around the country.

“This is a chance for prospective students to experience for themselves the Evangel community and the family culture that we have here,” said admissions counselor Chase McKnight, a 2015 biology graduate from O’Fallon, Mo.

“Our guests will have the opportunity to interact with EU professors and see the hearts they have for our students,” he added.

Campus visit coordinator Victoria Davis, elaborated, “Guests will tour our campus, visit classes, meet with faculty and current students, attend chapel and a class, and even spend the night in a residence hall,” she said. Davis is a 2013 graduate from Van Nuys, Calif.

A panel discussion with campus leaders will be held for parents, as well as a special session on financial aid.

A closing reception with members of the Evangel University Cabinet is a new addition this spring. Prospective students will meet with the campus leaders in an informal session on Friday afternoon.
