EU Films premieres LED ASTRAY, April 26

EU Films will premiere the psychological drama, Led Astray, on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 6 and 8 p.m., in the Barnett Fine Arts Center at Evangel University. Led Astray tells the story of a young girl, Savannah Hart, who embarks on a mission to find her lost sister, Jackie, after an EMP explosion has left the country without electricity. After finding her sister, Savannah discovers that Jackie has joined a commune dominated by a charismatic man named Cedar.

Senior Art Exhibit at Evangel University

The Evangel University Fine Arts & Design Gallery is featuring the works of four seniors through May 2, 2019. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located in the Lawrence & Alletha Barnett Fine Arts Center, just south of the Spence Chapel, facing Glenstone Ave. Admission is free and open to the public.

Dallas-area businessman Daryl Flood will be speaking with business students at Evangel University on Wednesday, April 17, at 10 a.m. As President and CEO of Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics, and the largest agent for Mayflower Transit in the country, he has built his business on the open book management policies of SRC’s Jack Stack, author of The Great Game of Business. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Don Decker named EU Kinesiology Department’s Distinguished Alumnus for 2019

The Evangel University Department of Kinesiology will present its Distinguished Alumnus Award for 2019 to 1988 graduate Don Decker in a ceremony on Friday, March 22. Decker, a star quarterback at Evangel, has committed his life to higher education, and is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of strength and conditioning for athletes.
