I am married 45 years to a wonderful woman who is my best friend. We have unofficially adopted four girls who are all now married and raising families of their own. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and own two Harley Davidson bikes; a 2017 Limited and a 2017 Heritage Softail. I have ridden through 31 states in the past 10 years and have a goal of riding through all fifty states.
I am a life member of the Harley Owners Group and ride with the local Ozark Mountain Springfield, Missouri Harley Owners Group. I also ride as Chaplain for Run For the Wall, a veterans motorcycle organization that promotes and supports POW/MIA, veterans, and our present serving armed forces.

My ministry experience spans more than 40 years having served as youth pastor, church planter, and lead pastor. I served as District Church Ministries Director (’93-’96) overseeing Youth, Christian Education, and Men’s ministries. I also have served as District Secretary/Treasurer (1999-2013) overseeing ministerial credentialing, District School of Ministry, and finances. I have led missionary teams to Paraquay, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, and Hungary and have also served on the General Presbytery and as secretary on the Board of Trustees of Zion Bible College (now Northpoint Bible College). Ordained Assemblies of God minister. Since retiring in 2013, I have served part time as Pastoral Care pastor with James River Church (JRC) and as adjunct professor at the James River College. I continue to remain active volunteering with the JRC Youth Department.
