Alaina Battaglia

Regions: Missouri: Springfield, O'Fallon & Cities A to L

Born in New York, Alaina Battaglia grew up on the east coast as the daughter of church-planting parents. After several years, her family moved to the Midwest and have been living in Missouri ever since. Alaina attended James River Leadership College and transferred to Evangel to complete her degree in biblical studies.

As a student she was involved in the START team and the Student Admissions Counselor Team which allowed her to interact with all types of people. “I am very passionate about people’s dreams and helping them realize them,” Alaina says. “I love being a part of a University that identifies and develops God-given gifts into an inspired purpose.”

When not in the office, Alaina loves finding new places to explore and meeting up with friends at her favorite coffee shop. She’s always up for an adventure and welcomes any opportunity to get to know new people.

Chase McKnight joined the admissions team in October 2015 and works with students from all over the United States. He graduated in 2015 from Evangel with a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Chase grew up in O’Fallon, Missouri. He came to Evangel with a passion for science and for encouraging the students around him. He could often be found helping other students in the anatomy lab, grading lab reports and tutoring in the academic support center.

One of his favorite memories as an Evangel student is playing intramural football with his floor from Lewis Hall. It helped him connect and build relationships with the guys living closest to him.

While not working, Chase enjoys taking care of his plants, drinking dark coffee and playing card games.
