SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Kathryn Byrd will present her senior vocal recital on Friday, February 1, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in the recital hall of Evangel’s Barnett Fine Arts Center.
Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend. The Fine Arts Center is located just south of Evangel’s Spence Chapel, facing North Glenstone Ave.
Byrd is a worship leadership major from Bentonville, Arkansas. She is the daughter of Jerry and Krystal Byrd.
During her time at Evangel, she has studied with Mrs. Jane Berg. She will be accompanied by Mrs. Carla Wootton, and will also perform with Kirsten Weingartner-Weiss, violinist, and Esther Clifton, cellist.
“At the age of 13, I felt God call me into full-time ministry,” Byrd said. “Since that time, I have put everything into cultivating my gifts and growing in my relationship with the Lord.”
