Under Section 18004(C) of the CARES Act, Evangel University received funds for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to Coronavirus. On December 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) was signed into law, allocating funds to the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II (HEERF II). Finally, on March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) was signed into law, allocating funds to the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund III (HEERF III).
Under HEERF I, II, and III, Evangel University (EU) received funds to respond to challenges in response to the Coronavirus on-campus. The quarterly reports reflect the use of funds.
