Master of Organizational Leadership

Master of Organizational Leadership - Hybrid and Seated

Students in the Organizational Leadership program develop the knowledge, values, and skills to be effective leaders of healthy organizations. Students will be presented a “systems model” of organizations and learn how they can be change-agents in understanding congruence between the components and how they can impact change in optimizing this performance.  The program offers students one course at a time and two courses each semester resulting in program completion in less than two years.
