FAQ - Registration

How can I submit my Student Check Request remotely?
– Access the form from your Student Portal, Money Tab, under Forms
– Scan and email the signed form to bursar@evangel.edu
– Fax the signed form to 417-575-5487

When does financial registration open?
– You will receive notification to your student email when registration is open

Why can’t I see my bill?
– Have you received an email notification that financial registration is open through your student email address?
– Is your schedule submitted to your advisor and approved?
– All Financial Aid steps must be completed prior to viewing your bill.
– The checklist is designed to be completed from top to bottom. The next step will open when the previous step is completed.

Why do I not have access to Course Commons?
– Have you completed all registration checklist steps, including submitting any required payments?
– After completion of the registration checklist and making required payment, Course Commons will update every three hours beginning at 6 am during regular business hours.

When are my payments due if participating in the monthly payment plan?
– Your first payment is due at the time of financial registration. Remaining payments are due on the 15th of each month.
